This help page gives you some additional information about the reservations form. Each of the fields on the reservations form is described below. Please note, if you follow any of the links on this page, you will need to start the reservations process again when you return to the reservations area.

Arrival Date

The date you will be arriving at the hotel.

Departure Date

The date you will be leaving the hotel.

Number of Rooms

At this time, you can confirm up to only three rooms per reservation on our online booking service. For bookings of 10 or more rooms, please contact our group/meeting professionals at US Travel®. From within the U.S. or outside the U.S. call 1-800-478-2434, toll free.

Number of People

Up to four adults can stay in one room. There may be additional charges for additional people beyond one person.

Number of Beds

The type of bedding arrangement you would prefer. Please note that this is only a preference. Actual room types will be assigned at check-in.

Smoking Preference

Request Smoking or Non-Smoking Accommodations. Many of our hotels can now confirm non-smoking rooms. If not, your request will be noted.

Rate Requested

The type of rate you are requesting, from the following choices:

• Standard Rate
• Corporate
• US Travel Specials
• Government - Must present appropriate ID at check-in.

Automobile Rentals

If you are in need of a car rental please state this in the available field along with the required number of days you will need the car, and we will provide you with the best possible auto rates.

Travel Agents

For Travel Agents with Wholesaler accounts, please enter the letter "S" prior to your account number.
